Mech Mold Co.,Ltd. was launched in 1995 as an affiliate of Toska Co.,Ltd. tasked with development of new plastic products. The company applied its original technologies and development skills to create new products including molds for plastic products with complicated shapes, long-awaited by the market, and multi-cavity molds offering outstanding cost savings. Since then, Mech Mold has produced steady results year after year. The key to this achievement is our unique rational production system that brings together mold-making, molding and assembly in a single factory. The standard arrangement in other companies in the industry is for mold-making, molding and assembly to be carried out in different factories or by different firms. This results in differences in technical perspectives among the various sections involved, changes to product desines, and problems in areas such as mold maintenance. The greatest merit of our optimized production system is that these and a wide spectrum of other time-wasting hitches can be speedily addressed.
