Mech Mold Co.,Ltd was launched at September 1995 as the R&D prototype plant of the planning and development company Toska Co., Ltd. Drawing fully on our strengths in advanced multi-cavity mold technology. We have responded to market needs and wants, creating various new products such as string fastener for attaching tags to clothing.
We will continue working together to proactively overcome new challenges, utilizing our advanced mold-making and molding technologies in all aspects of our operations to develop outstanding new products.
Mech Mold started manufacturing if “String Fastener” with Vinh Phat Production & Trading Co.,ltd at 2006 March. And Mech Mold has supported technical of Vinh Phat up to now.
And Mech mold and Vinh Phat established new company Vinh Phu Corporation in Vietnamese Singaporean industrial park 2 this time and start activity in March, 2010 in earnest.

Mech Mold Co.,Ltd. was launched in 1995 as an affiliate of Toska Co.,Ltd. tasked with development of new plastic products. The company applied its original technologies and development skills to create new products including molds for plastic products with complicated shapes, long-awaited by the market, and multi-cavity molds offering outstanding cost savings. Since then, Mech Mold has produced steady results year after year.
The key to this achievement is our unique rational production system that brings together mold-making, molding and assembly in a single factory. The standard arrangement in other companies in the industry is for mold-making, molding and assembly to be carried out in different factories or by different firms. This results in differences in technical perspectives among the various sections involved, changes to product desines, and problems in areas such as mold maintenance. The greatest merit of our optimized production system is that these and a wide spectrum of other time-wasting hitches can be speedily addressed.
Our experienced development team operates the desine technology that supports this sytem, applying know-how accumulated over many years in the business. And our unique advanced plastic shaping technology turns out a vast array of highly innovative products.
