What kind of products and mold is good at Mech Mold?: We have mold technology of multi cavity mold by the special mold design and realize the product which largely lowers the cost in the mass production molding.
We are good at the special mass production molds that insert mold, extension mold and specialize multi cavity mold.
In addition, there are technical and molding divisions in a factory. Therefore when it happen a trouble we are possible to improve as soon as possible.
Do you sell only a mold?: We do not sell only a mold as of now, because the know-how of the mold technology enters, we will be able to supply product, not mold.
How about quality?: We acquire the ISO9001 certification in 2006.
We are trying to satisfy customer’s requirement by a quality of world standards.
How about environmental measures?: We acquire the ISO14001 certification in 2007.
Toward the factory which is kind to the global environment, we lay emphasis on environmental measures. We completely carry in particular out the recycling of the plastic.
Do you want to make a mass production product of cheap and high quality?: Our company has done the consignment processing contract and technical assistance to VinhPhat　Productiion & Trading Co.,Ltd for five years. Vinh Phu Corporation started operations in March, 2010. And technical adviser of Mech mold is supporting factory, and motoring a mass production with Japanese quality specifications
